100 ml Tamago Toji Stock *)
1 egg chicken
250 g white rice
10 g boiled spinach
kizami nori
pickled ginger (beni shoga)
Tamago Toji Stock *):
400 ml water
5 g dashi soup stock
100 ml koikuchi shōyu
100 ml mirin, if love

How to make a Tori Oyako Don Recipe

Cook meats chicken thighs together onions, leeks and tamago toji stock to the boiland cooked chicken meat.
