POTATO PANCAKES RECIPE INGREDIENTS
POTATO PANCAKES RECIPE
  • 4 grain eggs, separate white and yellow
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil, to brand
  • 200 ml fresh milk
  • 100 g potato starch
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 75 g unsalted butter, melt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ TSP vanilla extract
  • ½ TSP baking powder

ADDITIONAL MATERIALS PANCEKE POTATOES (SPRINKLES & COMPLEMENT)
Raisins
Jam
Caramel sauce
Ice cream, etc.

HOW TO MAKE POTATO PANCAKES

  1. Beat the egg whites in advance at high speed until stiff. Set aside.
  2. Pancake mix all the ingredients and shake using mixer until blended. Add the egg whites that have been shuffled at no. 1. Stir again with mixer until well blended. The dough is ready to be cooked.
  3. Prepare a wok teflon anti sticky small size, a diameter of approximately 8 – 10 Cm.Brush with a little margarine vegetable/minyak.
  4. Pour the batter into the pan with a ladle of vegetable, flatten and cook until donelightly browned dikedua side, use low heat  being only. Do until the dough runs out.
  5. After the potato pancake is cooked, then ready for serve along with additionalmaterials. You could give the sprinkling of currants, slathering it with jam, honeyoreven add caramel ice cream above the potato pancakes
