INGREDIENTS TO MAKE Delicious Squid Takoyaki
180 g flour
2 egg yolk granules
1 egg
300 ml liquid broth
100 grams of Octopus/squid/cuttlefish, wash clean, steamed and diced
Takoyaki sauce 100 ml, fast
50 ml mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Katsu busyi to taste
Cooking oil
HOW TO MAKE T Delicious Squid Takoyaki
- Beat the eggs, add the liquid broth, stir until evenly distributed.
- Combine the flour, flavor enhancer and salt, stirring until. Stir in egg mixture and broth, stirring until dough is thick and evenly.
- Prepare the mold Takoyaki, brush with cooking oil with a brush. Pour the dough to ½the mold.
- Stir in leeks and squid pieces into molds, pour the dough balls back up to full, and then close the mould.
- Cook until batter is fluffy, inverse takoyaki until both parts are cooked.
- Serve with a sprinkling of Takoyaki katsu busyi, mayonnaise and takoyaki sauce, chilli sauce or as an alternative.
