Simple Miso Soup

- 3 spoons cooking oil
- 1 liter of broth of dashi (fish stock-based)
- 150 grams of miso
- 200 gr. spinach
How to make a Simple Miso Soup
- Wrap Tofu (tofu) with a clean cloth
- Press the water out and then cut into small – small
- Heat the oil in a frying pan
- Sauteed Tofu and drain, boiled the broth and add the tofu
- Melt the miso with a little broth and then put the broth
- Add the spinach that has been cut and cook until the broth boils
