Thai Salad Recipe Ingredients:
250 g chicken breast fillet, boiled, sliced 1 x 4 cm
1 stalk spring onion
100 g carrots
100 g yellow bell pepper
100 g lettuce
25 g dried glass noodles
50 g roasted cashews, coarsely chopped
Sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
4 pieces of red chilli, remove the bili, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 tbsp lemon juice
4 TSP granulated sugar
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 stalks Lemongrass, white part, finely sliced
4 tbsp chopped basil leaves
How To Make Thai Salad Recipes:
Sauce: heat the sesame oil in a wok, fry the chilli and garlic until fragrant, lift. Mixtogether the lemon juice, sugar, fish sauce, Lemongrass, basil leaves, and mix well.Add chicken slices, mix well, let stand for 30 + minutes.
Cut the leeks and carrots all 4 cm, then the iris shape of matchsticks. Halve peppers, seeded, sliced forms match. Sliced lettuce the size of 1 cm, set aside.
Seduh glass noodles with boiling water until tender then drain, flush with cold water,drain again until it is completely dry, set aside.
Mix the onion, carrots, bell pepper, lettuce, and rice vermicelli in a container. Flush with chicken sauce, sprinkle it with toasted cashew nuts, serve immediately.
