Thai Recipe Som Tam

Thai Recipe Som Tam:

8 red cayenne pepper fruit
6 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp ebi
3 strands of string beans, cut into 3 cm

100 ml water tamarind
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp lime juice

How To Make Som Tam:

Mix  chili and garlic until smooth.
Add ebi, mashed until almost smooth.
Enter the string beans, mashed to a bit bruised.
Enter the papaya, carrot, and stir while press-press until wilted.
Add tamarind juice, lime juice and sugar. Mix well.
Transfer to a serving plate.
Sprinkle the peanuts have been roasted peanuts and bruised. Serve immediately.
