Delicious Pad Thai Noodle Recipe
Ingredients:
• 375 g pad thai noodles (rice noodle) is dry, soak it in warm water until soft
• 4 tbsp cooking oil, for sauteing
• 5 cloves garlic, finely rajang
• 5 btr shallots, finely rajang
• 200 g of peeled shrimp
• 250 g know white, iris shape matches, half-cooked fried

• 20 lbr chives, cut into pieces the size of 5 cm
SEASONING (MIX SO ONE):

• 1 tsp salt
• 3 tbsp fish sauce
SUPPLEMENTARY MATERIALS:
• 1 bh lime
• 2 tablespoons fried peanuts
• 3 bh cayenne pepper, rajang, mix it with fish sauce to taste
• 5 btr eggs, to fried egg
HOW TO MAKE PAD THAI NOODLE:
1. Heat oil, Saute garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. stir in shrimp, Cook until shrimp changes color.

4. Add seasoning, aduklagi pad thai until blended.
5. Enter the bean sprouts and chives, stir briefly.
6. Lift, ready to serve with garnish.
