TOM KLANG TA LAY

Ingredients  Tom Klang Ta Lay Recipe:

  • 1 liter chicken stock
  • 5 grains of red onion, thinly sliced, sauteed until wilted
  • 3 stalk Lemongrass, bruised, and then cut obliquely
  • 5 Kaffir lime leaves, thrown a bone

  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce

How To Make Tom Klang Ta Lay Recipe:

Simmer the broth, stir in onion stir fry.
Add the Lemongrass, lime leaves, tamarind and water.
Add fish sauce, and bring to a boil. Enter the small crab attaching, shrimpcalamari,chili, cilantro, salt, and green onions. Pour the lime juice, and lift and serve once cold
