Prata Bread Recipe



Prata Bread  Recipe is a meal that can be served at breakfast, lunch or even for dinner. Typicalof this India Prata bread is usually served with curry or Coconut Curry.

Materials Prata Bread Recipe :
500 gr flour proteins are
250 ml water
40 Gr. butter
1 tsp granulated sugar
2 tsp salt


How to make  Prata Bread :

Mix water, sugar, and salt, mix well. Add 20 grams of butter, stir until blended.
Prepare the flour in the batter, pour mixture kom water gradually while stirring untilblended.
Knead until dough kalis.
The dough is rounded and the rest for 20 minutes, the dough pieces and weigh 50grams, to be rounded.
Rub the dough with the remaining butter.
Set the dough on a baking sheet or kom dough, cover with plastic wrap.
Take one dough, pipihkan to thin as diluting the ordinary skin.
Fold the edges toward the Center.
Heat omelet pan over medium heat, brush with butter.
Cook until brownish yellow. Lift.
Serve with curry or Coconut Curry.
