INGREDIENTS TO MAKE Delicious Squid Takoyaki

Takoyaki Jepang Resep
180 g flour
2 egg yolk granules
1 egg
300 ml liquid broth
100 grams of Octopus/squid/cuttlefish, wash clean, steamed and diced
1 stalk spring onion
Takoyaki sauce 100 ml, fast
50 ml mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Katsu busyi to taste
Cooking oil

HOW TO MAKE T Delicious Squid Takoyaki
  1. Beat the eggs, add the liquid broth, stir until evenly distributed.
  2. Combine the flour, flavor enhancer and salt, stirring until. Stir in egg mixture and broth, stirring until dough is thick and evenly.
  3. Prepare the mold Takoyaki, brush with cooking oil with a brush. Pour the dough to ½the mold.
  4. Stir in leeks and squid pieces into molds, pour the dough balls back up to full, and then close the mould.
  5. Cook until batter is fluffy, inverse takoyaki until both parts are cooked.
  6. Serve with a sprinkling of Takoyaki katsu busyi, mayonnaise and takoyaki sauce, chilli sauce or as an alternative.
