EEL With Green Chilli

Ingredients To  Make  THE EEL GREEN CHILLI

resep belut cabai hijau

½ kg eel size medium, clear siangi, cut into 2 parts
1 spoon lemon juice water
1 spoon of salt (for your eel)
3 cm galangal, struck
2 pieces of bay leaf
1 stalk Lemongrass, discard ends, memarkan base
½ Spoon of salt, or to taste
1 spoon of granulated sugar
1 spoon of tamarind water
5 small green tomatoes, cut into wedges

Rough Milled Spices

7 large green chillies
5 green chilies curly
4 cayenne pepper
5 grains of red onion
2 garlic granules

HOW TO COOK EEL GREEN CHILLI :

  1. The eels have already cleaned, pepper with salt and lime juice, stirring-stirring, let stand 15 minutes.
  2. The eel FRY, don't be too dry.
